Paige Buse Wellness Consulting

Paige Buse is a strategist and operator with two decades of leadership at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, and community. Formerly General Manager for both SAINT Private Social Clubs Gurner Group and Glen Eira Leisure, she has overseen multimillion dollar portfolios, guided award winning teams of 700 plus, and launched some of Australia’s most ambitious wellness concepts. At Glen Eira Leisure, she led GESAC to become the highest performing leisure centre in Australia — setting new national benchmarks for community engagement, financial performance, and member experience. A former Board Director of both Aquatics and Recreation Victoria, and Fitness Australia. Paige brings deep governance insight and industry influence to every project she undertakes.
